Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Adria Devs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website and the Android apps we publish on Google Play. By using our website or apps, you agree to the practices described here.
Looking for a specific app?
These apps have their own dedicated privacy policy, which governs that app where it differs from this one:
Scope
This policy applies to the Adria Devs showcase website and to the Android applications we publish, listed on our Google Play developer page. Individual apps may present their own privacy notice — in the app or at a dedicated URL on this site — where required; if there is a conflict, the app-specific notice governs that app.
Information we collect
We aim to collect only what is needed to provide and improve our apps and website. We operate no user accounts and hold no user database for our apps.
- Information you provide. If you contact us (for example, by email), we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically. When you use our apps or website, certain information may be collected automatically, such as device type, operating system version, app version, general usage events, and approximate region. This helps us understand performance and fix issues.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Some apps report crashes through Firebase Crashlytics, which records the stack trace, device model, OS version, and device state at the time of the crash so we can fix stability problems.
- Advertising identifiers. Some of our apps are supported by advertising and may use a device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction events to show and measure ads. Other apps do not contain ads.
- On-device data. Several apps save your settings and saved items to your device’s local storage so they persist between sessions. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
- Purchase information. Some apps offer in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and we may receive confirmation of a transaction (such as the product purchased and its status). We do not receive or store your payment card or full billing details.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
- To understand usage and diagnose technical problems.
- To display and measure advertising in ad-supported apps.
- To provide and verify in-app purchases where offered.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Consent — for personalised advertising and optional analytics. Where consent is required, ad-supported apps request it through Google’s User Messaging Platform consent form, and you can change your choice at any time.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver and restore in-app purchases you make.
- Legitimate interests — to keep our apps secure and stable, fix crashes, and prevent fraud and ad abuse.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information by law.
Advertising and analytics
We use certain third-party services from Google to operate and improve our apps. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Analytics. Some apps use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general usage and app performance. This may involve collecting pseudonymous app events, device information, and similar usage data.
- Crash reporting. Some apps use Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes and stability issues.
- Advertising. Ad-supported apps use Google AdMob to display and measure ads, which may use a device advertising identifier. Apps that are not ad-supported do not include this.
You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and about Firebase specifically at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
In-app purchases
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card number or full billing information. We may receive transaction confirmation details (such as the product purchased, purchase status, and an order identifier) to deliver and verify your purchase. Refunds and billing issues are handled through Google Play in accordance with Google’s policies.
App permissions
Certain apps request device permissions only to provide their core features (for example, an app-lock utility may need permissions required to lock selected apps). Permissions are used for the stated purpose and are described on each app’s Google Play listing and, where applicable, its app-specific privacy policy. You can review and change permissions at any time in your device settings.
Data deletion and retention
We do not operate a data deletion request process, because we do not hold user data that could be deleted on request. Our apps have no accounts and no server or database operated by us. Data connected to our apps is either erased by you directly on your device, or deleted automatically by Google when its retention period expires — no request or action is needed from you.
- On-device data. You erase it yourself by clearing an app’s data in Settings → Apps → Storage, or by uninstalling the app, which removes everything it stored locally. We cannot access this data.
- Analytics data. Deleted automatically by Google. Firebase Analytics event data expires on Google’s retention schedule — a maximum of 14 months — after which it is deleted or kept only in aggregate.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Deleted automatically by Google. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports for 90 days, then permanently deletes them.
- Advertising data. Held and expired by Google under its own schedule. Deleting or resetting your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads severs the link to it, and you can review or delete Google-held ad activity at myactivity.google.com.
- Purchase records. Held by Google Play, not by us. Requests about them go to Google Play support.
- Support emails. If you choose to email us, that message stays in our inbox only until your question is resolved and is then deleted. It is never added to a database and is not used for anything else.
Why there is no deletion request to send us. We have no database, no account records, and no administrative access to the analytics, crash, or advertising data held by Google — so there is no request we could act on and no data we could delete on your behalf. Emailing us cannot delete this data and we do not offer it as a route, because it would not work. The controls above are the only ones that have any effect, and each is available to you directly on your device, immediately, without contacting anyone.
Children's privacy
Our apps and website are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in their region (13 in the United States, up to 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
Health and educational content
Some apps provide general wellness, breathing, nutrition, or educational information. This content is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment. These apps are not medical devices. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in one of our apps.
Security
Our apps communicate with Google’s services over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and data stored on your device is protected by Android’s per-app sandbox. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
- Ad personalization. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in Settings → Google → Ads to control personalized ads, and adjust Google’s own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
- Consent. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, ad-supported apps present a Google-certified consent form that you can reopen to withdraw or change your choice.
- App permissions. You can review and revoke app permissions in your device settings at any time.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may complain to your local supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and you will never be discriminated against for exercising a right.
- Other regions. Comparable access, correction, and deletion rights apply under laws such as India’s DPDP Act, Brazil’s LGPD, and Canada’s PIPEDA.
Because we hold no personal information about you, these rights are exercised mainly through the device-level controls described in Data deletion and retention, which you can use at any time without contacting us. For any question about your rights, email help.adriadevs@gmail.com.
International users
Our services may be accessed from around the world. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in Google’s privacy and data-transfer documentation.
Third-party links
Our website and apps may link to third-party sites or services (such as Google Play). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and this URL will always host the current version. Significant changes may be highlighted within our apps or website where appropriate.
